Ingredients
Smoked brisket cubed up

can of petite diced tomatoes

can of tomato sauce

cans of kidney beans

minced onion

minced garlic

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a dutch oven
Set smoker to 275-300 degrees
I used pecan wood for the smoke
Put chili on with no lid
Stir every 45 minutes
Total cook time 2-3 hours
This recipe is for a half pot of chili
