Season your tuna steaks well with Kungfu Mofo. Set your flat top to medium/high heat. You can use a couple cast iron skillets as well. Place a little oil down and put your onion on top of it. Once it starts to soften add your rice and soy sauce. After a couple of minutes add your peas and carrots. Make a place in the center and scramble your eggs, then mix together. Put your tuna on and let it sear for 1-2 minutes per side and remove. Remove fried rice. Season tuna steaks with a light coat of Bonsai Blossom or Jade Dragon. Plate and enjoy!!!
