Place Butter in a large cast iron skillet, season shrimp well with Kungfu Mofo. Cook on high heat and reserve. Cook Udon Noodles according to directions. Add soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil and Maggi to the skillet. Add the onion, water chestnuts, bell peppers and broccoli. Cook on high heat, add shrimp and udon noodles. Toss together well. Season with Kungfu Mofo and Jade Dragon. Serve garnished with toasted sesame seed and green onion. Enjoy!!!!
