Add all ingredients except Kungfu Mofo to a gallon ziplock bag and mix well. Add Chicken and let marinate for up to 2 hours. Set grill up for 2 zones and cook wings over indirect heat. Take wings to 180 internal temp. Season well with Kungfu Mofo just before you take them off. You can also dust them withJade Dragon or Bonsai Blossom after they are plated. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and green onion. Enjoy!!
