  • 1 Vidalia Onion
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 16 oz Steak I Used Sirloin
  • Large Chicken Breast
  • Fajita Marinade
  • Fire Roasted Chipotle Salsa
  • Sour Cream
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Tortilla Shells


  • Sliced onion and green pepper into strips
  • Lightly coat with olive and Dirty Gringo
  • Slice steak and chicken into small strips
  • Put steak and chicken in separate bowls
  • Add a little marinade and toss around
  • Fire up the Blackstone on medium temp
  • Onions and peppers first until they are translucent
  • Put steak and chicken on
  • Once the meat is done combine veggies
  • Add more marinade juice, toss around and liberally coat with dirty gringo
