Sliced onion and green pepper into strips

Slice steak and chicken into small strips
Put steak and chicken in separate bowls
Add a little marinade and toss around
Fire up the Blackstone on medium temp
Onions and peppers first until they are translucent
Put steak and chicken on
Once the meat is done combine veggies
Add more marinade juice, toss around and liberally coat with dirty gringo
