Instructions
For a different taste and texture, you cannot beat deep fried corn on the cob.
Heat oil to 350 degrees
Carefully place shucked and dried corn on the cob into the oil
Cook for 3 minutes
Remove and place on cooking rack to drain
Immediately season with Dirty Gringo, so that the hot oil can bloom and melt some of the rub ingredients.
