saute chicken that has been seasoned with DG in hot pan with oil until done
let chicken rest so it can be sliced
add a dab of butter to one side of each tortilla
is a separate pan, warm one torilla at a time (butter side down) helps with browning
add chicken (layer ingredients)
add salsa
add cheese
add refried beans (optional)
add sprinkle of DG then top with other tortilla
flip and let the new tortilla get crispy
pull, let cool, cut into 1/4 and serve
