The Cure Salmon
A Super Easy Salmon Recipe With A Ton Of Flavor.
- 4 Half Pound Pieces Of Salmon
- The Cure
- Coat salmon heavily with the cure. Place in a plastic bag and place in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Set up grill to high heat with an offset fire or set a cast iron skillet to high heat. Quickly sear each side of the salmon until it has a nice color. Usually a minute and a half per side. Do not over cook it. Serve with vegetables of your choice and enjoy!!!
