Swiss Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Lbs. Round Steak
  • 2 Tbs. Oil
  • 1 Large Onion Sliced
  • 28 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 Tbs. Knorr Beef Bullion
  • 1 Tbs. Dirty Gringo
  • Moo’d Enhancer
  • 1/2 Cup Pitdaddy Outfitters Chicken Dredge
  • 1 Tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Use a mallet to tenderize your round steak and season with Moo’d Enhancer. Place 2 Tbs. Oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat.
  • Coat the steak with the dredge, when the oil comes to temp brown on each side in batches. Place on a towel to drain. After the last batch add the 1/2 cup water, Knoor Beef Bullion and Dirty Gringo. Whisk to mix and deglaze the pan. Add a layer of onions then steak on top, then the rest of the onions on top of the steak. Place your diced tomatoes on top of that. Add Pepper over that and cover with foil. Place in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Uncover, let cool and enjoy!!!
