The Dirty Corn Cob

Deep Fried Corn on the Cob

  • 1 Ear Corn on the cob husk removed
  • 1 TBS Dirty Gringo
  • 2 QTS cooking oil


  • For a different taste and texture, you cannot beat deep fried corn on the cob.
  • Heat oil to 350 degrees
  • Carefully place shucked and dried corn on the cob into the oil
  • Cook for 3 minutes
  • Remove and place on cooking rack to drain
  • Immediately season with Dirty Gringo, so that the hot oil can bloom and melt some of the rub ingredients.
