The Dirty Corn Cob
Deep Fried Corn on the Cob
- 1 Ear Corn on the cob husk removed
- 1 TBS Dirty Gringo
- 2 QTS cooking oil
- For a different taste and texture, you cannot beat deep fried corn on the cob.
- Heat oil to 350 degrees
- Carefully place shucked and dried corn on the cob into the oil
- Cook for 3 minutes
- Remove and place on cooking rack to drain
- Immediately season with Dirty Gringo, so that the hot oil can bloom and melt some of the rub ingredients.
