Southwest Breakfast Sausage

If your typical breakfast sausage had a weekend bender in Tijuana, this would be it’s spicy love child!

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 2 TBS The Cure
  • 1 TBS Dirty Gringo
  • 1 tsp Cock-A-Voodoo
  • 1 tsp Rubbed Sage


  • Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl
  • Mix to combine
  • Chill and let rest for at least 1 hour
  • Patty the sausage into 2 oz portions
  • Pan fry over medium heat
