Southwest Breakfast Sausage
If your typical breakfast sausage had a weekend bender in Tijuana, this would be it’s spicy love child!
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 2 TBS The Cure
- 1 TBS Dirty Gringo
- 1 tsp Cock-A-Voodoo
- 1 tsp Rubbed Sage
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl
- Mix to combine
- Chill and let rest for at least 1 hour
- Patty the sausage into 2 oz portions
- Pan fry over medium heat
