  • 1 Lb. 93/7 Ground Beef
  • 1 Lb. Ground Pork
  • 1 Medium Onion Diced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper Diced
  • 2 Jalapeño’s Seeded And Diced
  • 1/4 Diced Carrots
  • 1 Tbs. Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Crushed Croutons
  • 2 Tbs. Burger Bomb
  • Moo’d Enhancer
  • BBQ Sauce


  • In a large bowl mix the burger and pork together. Add in all the vegetables and spices, mix well. Next add the croutons and eggs, mix it all together. Take a large cast iron skillet and place the mixture in evenly. Put a light coat of Moo’d Enhancer on. Set your smoker to 250-275, add hickory chunks. Take it to an internal temp of 160. Glaze with your favorite BBQ sauce and go another 15 minutes to let it set. Enjoy!!
