Skillet Sirloin Burgers

Quick burgers with flame grilled flavor without the fire thanks to Ante Up in minutes. Perfect when you’re short on time or can’t fire up the Charcoal grill. Serve with some fries or tots!

  • 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
  • 1 tbs BaconUp bacon grease
  • Or 8 slices of thick cut pepper bacon
  • 1 tbs Burger Bomb
  • 2 tsp Ante Up
  • Hamburger Buns
  • Your favorite burger fixings


  • Heat cast iron skillet over medium
  • Add 1tbs BaconUp (or cook some bacon)
  • While the skillet is heating up,
  • Season the patties evenly with Burger Bomb
  • Cook patties for about 3 mins per side
  • Or until desired doneness is achieved
  • Dust each patty with some Ante Up
  • Remove patties and toast the buns
  • Build your burgers to your liking, ENJOY!
