  • 1 1/2 Lbs. Ground Beef
  • 1 Medium Onion Diced
  • 1 Bag Frozen Vegetable Mix
  • 2 Tbs. Corn Starch
  • 1/2 Cups Water
  • 1 Tbs. Knoor Beef Bullion
  • 1 Tbs. Mood Enhancer
  • 1/2 Tbs. Dirty Gringo
  • 2 1/2 Cups Mashed Potatoes


  • In a large cast iron skillet add your ground beef (80/20 or higher). As it is browning add your onion and continue to cook until the ground beef is well browned. Add the cornstarch and mix well, then add your water and spices. Mix well and stir until mixture begins to thicken. Add frozen vegetables and cook until mixture is warmed through. Add to a 9×14 baking dish and allow to cool for 15 minutes. Cover with mashed potatoes and place in the oven at 350, cook until the top of the potatoes begin to brown. Enjoy!!
