  • 8 Catfish Fillets
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Large Tomato Sliced
  • Toasted Roll or French Bread
  • Pitdaddy Fish Dredge
  • Cock-A-VooDoo
  • Comeback Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Dukes Mayo
  • 1/2 Cup Chili Sauce
  • 1 Tbs. Cajun Mustard
  • 1/2 Tsp. Granulated Garlic
  • 1 Tsp. Prepared Horseradish
  • S&P To taste


  • Add oil to a large cast iron skillet. Bread your catfish and fry over med/high heat in batches. Dust with Cock-A-VooDoo as soon as the fish comes out of the pan. Place on a plate with paper towels to drain. Toast your buns or rolls lightly. Mix all ingredients for the comeback sauce. Place 2 pieces of fish on the bun, top with lettuce and tomatoes. Apply a generous amount of comeback sauce to top bun and place on the sammich. Enjoy!!!
