Double Down Cheesy Taters

  • 2 Yukon Gold Potatoes sliced
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion Diced
  • 1 10 oz Can Of Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dirty Gringo
  • 2 cups Shredded Smoked Guoda Cheese
  • 2 Tbs Melted Butter


  • Mix cream of chicken soup, onion, melted butter, cheese and Dirty Gringo together in a bowl. Place a thin layer on the bottom of a 6 inch cast iron skillet. Take the potatoes and stand them up around the sides and continue this process until full. Place the rest of the mixture evenly on top. Dust the top with Double Down, cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until browned on top.
