Steak, Chicken And Veggie Fajitas On The Blackstone

Ingredients
- 1 Vidalia Onion
- 1 Green Pepper
- 16 oz Steak I Used Sirloin
- Large Chicken Breast
- Fajita Marinade
- Fire Roasted Chipotle Salsa
- Sour Cream
- Shredded Cheese
- Tortilla Shells
Instructions
- Sliced onion and green pepper into strips
- Lightly coat with olive and Dirty Gringo
- Slice steak and chicken into small strips
- Put steak and chicken in separate bowls
- Add a little marinade and toss around
- Fire up the Blackstone on medium temp
- Onions and peppers first until they are translucent
- Put steak and chicken on
- Once the meat is done combine veggies
- Add more marinade juice, toss around and liberally coat with dirty gringo
