Dirty Gringo Brisket Chili

Ingredients

  • Smoked brisket cubed up
  • 1 15 oz can of petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 15 oz can of tomato sauce
  • 2 15 oz cans of kidney beans
  • 1 tsp minced onion
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dirty gringo
  • 1 tsp moo’d

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a dutch oven
  • Set smoker to 275-300 degrees
  • I used pecan wood for the smoke
  • Put chili on with no lid
  • Stir every 45 minutes
  • Total cook time 2-3 hours
  • This recipe is for a half pot of chili
