Dirty Gringo Brisket Chili
Smoked brisket chili
Servings: 6
Ingredients
- Smoked brisket cubed up
- 1 15 oz can of petite diced tomatoes
- 1 15 oz can of tomato sauce
- 2 15 oz cans of kidney beans
- 1 tsp minced onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp dirty gringo
- 1 tsp moo’d
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a dutch oven
- Set smoker to 275-300 degrees
- I used pecan wood for the smoke
- Put chili on with no lid
- Stir every 45 minutes
- Total cook time 2-3 hours
- This recipe is for a half pot of chili
