Black bean and fire roasted corn salsa

A great salsa using grilled corn on the cobb

  • 19.75 oz can of black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 diced white onion
  • 1 jalapeno seeded and diced
  • 1 roma tomato diced
  • 2 ears of grilled corn cut off the cobb
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 2 tbs fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp Dirty Gringo
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • S&P to taste


  • rinse, cut , chop and mix everything together. Let sit for a couple hours to overnight and enjoy!
