Potato Soup

Classic Potato Soup Double Downed!!

  • 1/2 Onion Minced
  • 1/4 Stick Butter
  • 4 Cups Cubed Potato’s
  • 2 Tbs. Corn Starch
  • 2 Tbs. Knorr Chicken Bullion
  • 1 Tbs. Double Down
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 Cups Water
  • 1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream Or Whole Milk


  • In a medium pot add your butter and onion over medium heat. Cook until onions are clear. Add the corn starch and mix well, add the water slowly and stir. Next add your chicken bullion, Double Down, black pepper and potatoes. Bring to a boil and continue until the potatoes are tender. Add your heavy cream and simmer for a few more minutes. Make some cornbread and enjoy!!
