Dirty Queso

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. Velveeta cubed
  • 1 Lb. Monterey Jack Cube
  • 1 Lb. Sausage
  • 1 15.5 Oz Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Onion Diced
  • 2 Jalapeńos Seeded And Diced
  • 2/3 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbs. Dirty Gringo

Instructions

  • Cook sausage, onion and jalapeńo in a skillet and reserve. Place cheese in a half pan and place on the grill at 350. I like to use a small amount of hickory with my charcoal. Once the cheese begins to melt add the sausage mixture, sour cream, diced tomatoes and Dirty Gringo in. Stir occasionally until mixture becomes smooth and fully incorporated. You can also do this recipe in the oven or stove top as well.
