Chicken And Wild Rice
A Great Chicken And Rice Recipe Featuring American Tradition And Cock-A-VooDoo

Ingredients
- 3-4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 Medium Onion Diced
- 2 Stalks Of Celery Chopped
- 1 Cup OF WILD RICE
- 1 10 OZ. CAN OF CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
- 1 10 OZ. CAN OF CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
- 2 CANS OF WATER FROM SOUP CANS
- 2 TBS. COCK-A-VOODOO
- AMERICAN TRADITION
- 2 TBS. BLACK PEPPER
- 1 Tbs. Knorr Chicken Bullion
Instructions
- In a large deep skillet or dutch oven place Chicken breast seasoned with American Tradition in a single layer. In a bowl mix all the other ingredients together. Cover the chicken breasts with the mixture. Place in a 350 degree oven or on the grill. Works great either way. If it starts to dry out during cooking add chicken broth to the mixture. Cook for ! hour- 1 1/2 hours. I took mine to 180 degrees internal temp. Enjoy!!
