Beefy Roast
A Beef Roast And All The Trimmings
Ingredients
- Beef Roast Your Choice
- 2 Tbs. Oil
- 1 Lb. Potatoes
- 1 Lb. Carrots
- 4 Stalks Celery Cut Into 2″ Pieces
- 2 Medium Onions Sliced
- 2 Cups Water
- American Tradition
- Moo’d Enhancer
- 1 Tbs. Knoor Beef Bullion
- 1 Tbs. Corn Starch
- S&P To Taste
Instructions
- Place oil in a large dutch oven over medium heat. Season roast generously with American Tradition and Moo’d Enhancer. Place it in the dutch oven and sear it on all sides. Take your time and make sure you get a good sear. Remove let rest on a plate. Add 1 cup of water and deglaze the pan. Add the beef bullion and corn starch. Mix throughly with whisk. This will give you a nice gravy at the end. Place a layer of onion on the bottom and add the other cup of water. Place the roast back in and the other vegetables. Place the lid on it and put it in an oven preheated at 350. Cook for an hour and a half to 2 hours. This recipe can easily be done on the smoker as well. Enjoy!!
